About Deborah Harrison and Lucie Laliberté, authors of No Life Like It

Deborah Harrison is the Chair of Sociology and also teaches Women's Studies at Brock University. She is the author of two previous books.

Lucie Laliberté is co-founder of the Organization of Spouses of Military Members (OSOMM). She is a lawyer, practising in the area of pensions and family law, a military wife, and the mother of five children.

Both authors are graduates of Queen's University and have spent a number of years as residents of Kingston.
